A recent front page Savannah Morning News report revealed questions and concerns about relocating a proposed new Cultural Arts Center from MLK Boulevard and Hall Street to the eastern edge of the Civic Center’s parking lot on Liberty Street near Orleans Square.  Interim City Manager Rochelle Small-Toney expects to formally present the option to City Council next month.
