Every few years Historic Savannah Foundation identifies 12 of Savannah's most endangered buildings to serve as the focus for our nationally acclaimed Revolving Fund program.

Check out the preservation successes link to your right to see "before" and "after" pictures of our past (2000) Dirty Dozen List.

HSF's 2007 DIRTY BAKER'S DOZEN List, as identified by the 2007 Revolving Fund Committee, has been updated as of April 2007.

The homes are not owned by Historic Savannah Foundation; they are privately owned and may or may not be 'for sale’. The dirty dozen is a list of houses our Board of Trustees considers most endangered in Savannah.

We use this list as a guide to purchasing properties for our revolving fund program. To find out information about these homes, go to www.sagis.org and type in the address in the search engine. Do not type in the street direction. Here you can find out tax information about the property you are interested in, as well as who the owners are. The homes that we have for sale are listed on our website under 'available properties'.

Please don't hesitate to call Melissa Jest, Neighborhood Coordinator, with specific questions about the Revolving Fund program or the Dirty Dozen List. (mjest@historicsavannahfoundation.org.)
